Product Description

Industrial 24V signal-compatible servo control subassembly. The GS-200 accepts standard 24VDC signals and powers high-voltage hobby/industrial servos directly at 8V. Built around the Espressif ESP32-C6-MINI-1, the board supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth LE via user-developed firmware.

One board. 24V in. Servo out. No shields, no daughter boards, no adapters.

Installation & Safety

Intended Use: The GS-200 is a subassembly intended for integration into larger systems by qualified electrical and automation professionals. This product is not a consumer device.

Installation Environment: Must be installed in a properly rated enclosure (NEMA/IP) with appropriate strain relief and cable management. Enclosure not included.

Thermal Derating: Servo output rated for 3A at ≤40°C ambient. Derate to 2.5A at 50°C, 2A at 60°C, 1.5A at 70°C. Ensure enclosure ventilation for sustained loads above 2A.

Servo Compatibility: Standard 3-wire servo pinout (Signal/V+/GND). Compatible with high-voltage hobby and industrial servos rated for 8V operation. Verify servo current requirements do not exceed board capacity.

Exclusions: The GS-200 is not designed, tested, or certified for safety-critical applications, life-support systems, applications requiring SIL-rated components, explosive or hazardous atmospheres, or direct outdoor installation without appropriate enclosure. Not suitable for applications where servo failure could result in injury or property damage.

Warranty: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, operation outside specified limits, servo stall damage, or integration failures.

Limitation of Liability: Gestahl's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. In no event shall Gestahl be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use.
