Product Description

Industrial embedded control board for 24V signal I/O and MOSFET switching. Interfaces directly with standard 24VDC PLC outputs, industrial sensors, and switching loads. The GS-100 reads 24V signals and drives MOSFET outputs under firmware control with wireless capability via the onboard ESP32-C6-MINI-1 module.

Replace electromechanical relays with solid-state MOSFET outputs. Add remote monitoring capability to PLC I/O. Build standalone sensor hubs. The board drops into standard industrial wiring with screw terminals and familiar M12 cable colors.

Contains FCC ID: 2AC7Z-ESPC6MINI1 — RF functionality (Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE 5, 802.15.4) is available via user-developed firmware.

Installation & Safety

Intended Use: The GS-100 is a subassembly intended for integration into larger systems by qualified electrical and automation professionals. This product is not a consumer device.

Installation Environment: Must be installed in a properly rated enclosure (NEMA/IP) with appropriate strain relief, cable management, and environmental protection. Enclosure not included.

Thermal Derating: MOSFET outputs rated for 5A continuous at ≤40°C ambient. Derate to 4A at 50°C, 3A at 60°C, 2A at 70°C. Do not operate multiple channels at maximum current simultaneously without thermal analysis.

Exclusions: The GS-100 is not designed, tested, or certified for safety-critical applications, life-support systems, applications requiring SIL-rated components, explosive or hazardous atmospheres, or direct outdoor installation without appropriate enclosure.

Warranty: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, operation outside specified limits, or integration failures.
